How do I create my first inspection?

Sign in, tap the + New Inspection button on your dashboard, fill in the property address and client info, then start working through each section. Photos and defects auto-save as you go.

How do I share a report with my client?

Open the inspection, tap Report, then tap Share. The app generates a private read-only link valid for 30 days. Send it via text, email, or any messenger.

Can I edit a defect after I've saved it?

Yes — tap the defect row in any section to reopen the editor. You can change the title, severity, description, photos, or delete it entirely.

What does Inspector Pro include?

$29.99/month unlocks unlimited inspections, unlimited AI defect narratives, unlimited PDF reports, and the AI Assistant. You can also unlock a single inspection for $9.99 instead of subscribing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Profile → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

I forgot my password.

Email support@rapidresults.online from the address registered on your account and we'll send a reset link.

My photos won't upload

Make sure the app has camera and photo-library permission: Phone Settings → Apps → Rapid Results → Permissions. Photos are uploaded as you save the defect.

Why does the AI narrative say I'm not subscribed?

AI features require either an active Inspector Pro subscription or a single-inspection unlock ($9.99). Check your subscription status under Profile.
